We acted for a young man who achieved a €3,000,000 settlement for the spinal cord injury which he sustained in a workplace accident.

The Plaintiff was required to operate an unsafe system of work and he consequently fell from a height and sustained a devastating L3 ASIA Impairment Scale Grade B spinal cord injury.

It was an appalling event and liability was rightly admitted.

A €3,000,000 settlement was agreed, which gave the Plaintiff and his family a great opportunity to improve their quality of life.
